Hello. My name is Libby. I enjoy many things: lemons, bike rides, and making silly faces. I run barefoot, laugh wildly, and love unconditionally. I'll take my npr with a cup of black coffee, don't mind being disheveled, always enjoy a dinner with a friend. Moving constantly, bored rarely. Prefer kindness to anger, chaos turning to order, back to chaos. A book in the park under a tree, first light waking me up. Adventures into the everyday.
Some might call me ruined for life.
Interesting tradition: Pancakes on Valentine’s Day.
Why? It all started a few years ago when I was dating a boy but we couldn’t do a nice dinner due to my working nights. So we did a fantastic pancake breakfast. Then next year (while single) I invited about 12 friends over and set up a pancake bar. Anything and everything you could want in or on top of your pancake ( fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, whip cream, syrup, compote). The following year with Cute Boy we bought pumpkin pancake mix at the farmers market and fixed it for pitch in Valentine’s Day dinner.
Now, I forgo pancakes all year and save up my excitement for Valentine’s Day Pancakes!
This year it was Buttermilk Strawberry Banana!
Happy Valentine’s Day Cute Boy!
I had a great time escaping to Chicago for a weekend adventure with you. Thank you for all the pancakes, quite time, and kisses. I love you.
